Our gift baskets are designed to order and contain pre-packaged food items; therefore, they are non-returnable, as we cannot resale food items. A word of caution about Hotel, Hospitals, and similar facilities. Deliveries to these facilities may require extra handling once they arrive at the facility. We will deliver gifts to the hotel concierge or front desk per the hotel’s protocol. Likewise, at hospitals, their protocol means that often we must deliver to either a Volunteer Center or other ‘receiving’ area. Once the gift basket is delivered, we can no longer assume responsibility. We suggest that you check in with the hotel, hospital, and similar facility’s staff to ensure that they follow through after delivery.

Most orders may be delivered locally or shipped the next business day, depending upon the size of the order. We no longer offer same day delivery or shipping. Orders placed at holiday time may require additional lead-time.We deliver Monday through Friday. Major, national holidays are excluded. If you request a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday delivery, we will deliver the gift the previous Friday (if enough lead-time is given) or the following Monday. Candy bouquets, centerpieces, and party favors may require additional lead-time.
Kosher Gifts
We will gladly design your gift using Kosher products. Please specify Kosher in the comments section as you check out. We are able to design most gift baskets using Kosher products, and, if unable to do so, we will notify you immediately.

Chocolate Candy Shipping
A select few of our gifts contain chocolate candies and truffles which will melt during exposure to heat for long periods. Chocolate may be substituted with other comparable items between April 1st and October 1st. Does not apply to our chocolate bouquets that are properly insulated when shipped.

Gift Packaging: All gifts are wrapped in clear cellophane and adorned with a beautiful bow, unless otherwise specified.
Message (Enclosure) Cards: The enclosure card attached to your gift is nicely handwritten. The enclosure card is approximate in size to a business card. Please limit your message to 20 words. Please contact Customer Care if you opt to purchase a customized greeting card.
Personalized Gifts: You may add a ribbon imprinted with your company name, logo, or personal message to any gift in our catalog. There is a minimum quantity for customized, imprinted ribbon.
